    After seeing what a few of you have placed bets on (come of Heurelho!) I went onto Paddy Power and placed a few of my own...Though I'd spend a £10er so went with:

    £4.50 on us to win Carling Cup at 33/1
    £4.50 on us to win the FA Cup at 66/1
    and £1 on us win the League at 1000/1

    Personally I think we'll be going all out for a cup next season. We'll miss Tiote (possibly Ameobi and Gervinho and M'Bengue) at the ACN so a high league position is going to be difficult. Pardew keeps saying Ashley wants returns, and bringing home the first trophy in over 40 years would be certainly be a return and a half! Plus, as we've seen from Stoke and Birmingham, lesser teams can certainly go all the way to the final (and win it).

    Any others you'll be placing or any tips you wanna share? Top G/S? Relegated? Avoiding relegation?

    He got over a grand back for £30 bet, Im going consult Simmo before I put mine on!!! lol

    I've worked out a way to watch matches at Wembley on the cheap.

    I'm going to buy the penthouse apartment at The Shard and invest in a pair of high powered binoculars.

    That's teach the FA!

    Will put mine on in another month or so I think.

    Already got a pre-season bet on with my dad though. - 20 quid that we'll beat Leeds
    He'd had a few drinks when the bet was made and has stated that we "need to re-talk this bet" but I don't think we should... it's fine as it is.

    It's about half way there now.

    They are still increasing the height but building and finishing off the bottom and working upwards.

    It's really impressive.
