You're too good Frenchie. I too was listening to LWJ yesterday, not in a Chevy though. I was painting the bathroom ceiling <doh>

    Over to you.

Sorry BB, afraid not. Would have been a good connection back to your question though.

<laugh> Not sure that I would have gone for that name myself. Meatloaf sounds far more manly.

NZ has it right...up early today, so with time on my hands found this about 'Pirates of Penzance':

The official premiere had been in New York on 31st December 1879, although one day earlier the piece (or a close approximation) had played at the Bijou Theatre in Paignton in order to secure the British copyright.

There were also a few unoffical versions of that being performed in the USA as well at that time.

    'Pirated' copies I suppose.

What directly links a baby, a camel, and a snipe?

Snipe = a name for a particular size of wine bottle, the sharing of which can, twice in my experience, lead to the birth of a baby, and the amount it holds is similar in size to a mouthful of camel spit?

Close BB, in the same way that Pluto is close to Earth if you live near Ursa Minor.

Oh well, was worth a try. :)

How about Herbert Smith? He was the chief engineer for Sopwith and designed their Camel and Snipe fighter planes in WW1. Not too sure about the baby though..
