That was the funniest thing I've ever seen on a football pitch. And I saw Phil Brown singing, 'this is the best trip, I've ever been on'. He can certainly play, but he's a twat, so you can keep him. And anyone who thinks Stoke is better than Hull, has obviously never been to Stoke.
That was hilarious, after he did that "get me off" hand signal to his bench, every time he touched the ball, our crowd did the same.
Personally think Hull wouldnt be a bad move for his loan. Might open his eyes as to what he did have. Thought i read somewhere that he wants to go to Marseille because his sister is there?
For me there's little point in loaning the boy out; may as well say bye-bye for good. As good as he is when his head is in the right place, it is becoming more and more infrequent. Frankly, I'm getting fed up with the Adel Taarabt Circus and would shed fewer tears at his leaving than in the past. Time to move on, methinks.
Except that Stan was a players player. Adel isn't. All his charisma is in his feet and he loves only himself.
Just a thought for all the prospective suitors...If Adel is fully observing Ramadan at this time of the year and in this weather....he will not be fit again for months. I am watching the poor souls around me looking and getting progressively iller/frailer/sicker....as the lack of water during the day is really getting to them and we still have a long time to go. Adel will not be back to strength for months
My experience through Muslim acquaintances of mine is that they tend to put on weight during Ramadamadingdong as they scoff themselves silly on pizza, crisps and other carbs at something like 2am and then sit about all drained and lethargic during the day dreaming about the next meal. Not my perception, but what they've told me.
