According to Sky we're the favourites to loan him.

Sky Bet make Hull 7/4 favourites to loan Adel Taarabt from QPR. Fulham are 5/2 while Anzhi are 5/1.

And then when they got another, he marched right up to the ball, stepped up and blasted it over <laugh>

I really can't see this coming off.

Bruce likes a grafter who'll fit in and pull his weight, not some toss pot who signals to the bench that he wants to come off because he's getting a bit of stick from the home fans.

Even I had to give Colin credit that day when he told him to **** off and wind his neck in.

although with respect to all the above he is a very good footballer... That's the second Premier League footballer with Experience in their national team and Europe that you lot have snubbed in one day. We could do a lot worse than Taarabt and Bendtner up front.

If we stay up this season,it be through a strong team ethic, and the likes of Taarabt will only weaken us in that department.

That's an opinion not a fact. Plenty of idiotic footballers have made valuable contributions to football teams for many a year. It's about finding a balance. Would you turn down Ballotelli?

I think everyone is dead ****ing wrong.

New manager, new club, new focus would do him the world of good.

If it was to buy I'd be worried but a 1 year loan would be ideal. He was ace in his first year or two at QPR... only started grating on supporters afterwards... a bit like us and some fans people only remember latest performances.

He'd be absolute ****ing ace for us, guaranteed. I wouldn't expect any lack of effort on a 1 year loan at a new club. He's probably desperate to get out of QPR

You can't stay in the PL with hard graft alone, you need that bit of quality and Taarabt has it. No doubt, he is a handful, but on his day he can mix it with the best. We had Geo in the first year, he didn't do much, but would pull out a goal when we needed it.

He's worth the gamble, I honestly think that his attitude worsened when **** hit the fan with QPR and the honeymoon period was over and the team was struggling.

That's why I really think he'd be invigorated from changing clubs.

and at the moment we don't have that spark player than can make things happen in the PL (albeit maybe Aluko)
    ------------Meyler-------------
    Elmo -----Taraabt------ Brady
    -------Aluko - New striker

That would be sexy as ****

Strong team ethic that's what keeps you in the Premier League not talented footballers. Can I play I am a real team player me, committed to the cause. Aaron Mclean is a key candidate play him up front and he can score 25 goals a season through sheer team ethic.

Team ethic is important but I think we already have it. We have a strong squad that has remained untouched. it's crucial in defense mainly.
Anyways if it's loan then we just stop playing him or return him if he doesn't pull his weight.
