Actual competition for Cissé I suppose. Gouffran plays wide and Shola is crap. I think Bent will know he won't be the top dog but will be so glad to get out of Villa he won't care.

Scratching around the bargain basement is what we do best and we have proven over the past few years that transfer fee has little relevance to the quality of a player. As for mackem reject.. The fact you all call him Judas says it all really.

Pards says we need two strikers. I think we'll get Bent (an out and out striker) as primary back up/a rotation option for Cissé, and another Gouffran style striker who can work the channels and drop deep too.

I'd be happy enough with that

Don't rate Cisse, bent would score more imo.

Bent work the channels? Who have you been watching recently and as for 'back up' to Cisse? You're dreaming pal. Bent can play in the 6 yard box and nee where else? His injuries mean he is less likely to run around anymore than he did when he was in his prime for us (which wasn't a lot).

As for your comment about price not indicating value I wont disagree but the difference is you were always proactive in getting those players in early. Its 6 weeks to kick off and your main man to bring players in is on his holidays ffs? When will he start to look? August?

Like I said, if you get Judas I'll piss myself after you all said he was a ****e footballer at the time. I will be highly amused to hear all the excuses and grovelling explanations that somehow he is a better player now? Lol

Lads! There's an awful lot of optimism on your pages after signing a load of potential disasters. Lets hope you don't fall flat on your faces. <ok>

And on the subject of Bent, I wouldn't want him at our club. Not because of the connection with your good selves, purely on the account that he's a horrible twat.

Kinnear poised to breakthrough the transfer window?

Most mags would prefer he jumped from a bluddy high one.

Come on fella, every signing is a potential disaster. You lot of have signed your fare share of potential disasters, look back to January when you lot were bouncing of the walls at your potential disasters, some of our signings have a hell of alot more pedigree then some of the potential disasters you've brought in, especially after the next load are unveiled.

Seems as soon as we make promising moves, you lot want to bar us from optimism well sorry sir, tough ****. But you're right about one thing though, Bent is a horrible twat <laugh>

Our optimism is grounded though. Most of us agree this is a huge gamble but when you finish 4th bottom, you have to do something and there can be no doubts we are doing that. More to the point though is what is the club who finished 5th bottom doing to change their fortunes? Chasing a ****ing puke like Judas as their big name signing?

We are both entitled and happy to rip the piss out of your lot and be confident we will be better next term.

    Can you do likewise?

If he was to sign it would be as back up cover that's all, nobody really wants him up here however you can't call him one of your rejects he demanded the move not the other way around.
    His attitude is all wrong.

Bent, A N Other striker, Ince and a CB would suffice. Gomis and Sakho would do but we will probably sign Carlton Cole and Tompkins <grr>

You've nothing to rip the piss about yet Cest. Our top brass are currently in sunnier climes, no doubt checking on potential targets. (I'm jesting there mind). If we've signed no-one by the end of the window, then we'll be worried. I doubt this will happen. Nowt to worry about yet. Plenty of time. Not impressed with what's happened at our club recently, but hey ho, that's part and parcel,of being a supporter. Been through worse ****e than this.

Agree with you about Bent though, If he's our biggest signing I'll be unimpressed to say the least.

Au contraire mon petit perforateur de cheval?

I have every reason to rip the piss.

You have employed a complete ****ing imbecile as your Director of Football and his first job was to **** off on holiday (he has been off for 4 years don't forget) and everytime he open shis mouth he makes a tit out of him and you alike.

You are still the ONLY EPL club yet to buy a senior player and its 5 weeks to kick off

You look like buying a puke of a man as your star player and an ex red & white at that.

You are newcastle (this on its own is enough to rip the piss)

So, pardonnez-moi de ne pas vous écouter but I'll keep ripping the piss if you don't mind (or even if you do for that matter)

Yes we employed kinnear, we'll take that one on the chin. Ashley did it though, not us. And yes you're right, we haven't signed anyone yet. Plenty of time though.

Bent being an ex red and white has no bearing in my eyes. We've taken some cracking players who've played for you. Jeff Clarke, Bracewell, Venison to name a few. His goal scoring record for Villa is good. I just don't like him.

Keep attempting to rip the piss mate, you're a mackem, it's your job. But please don't mind if we lob a few back.

(From my limited French that I remember from school, you called me a horse beater and then said you weren't listening, but if you prefer to converse in Japanese, then I'm all ears.)

You don't consider Ashley to be one of your own? Strange comment considering that he is the owner of the club.

I always admired Joe Kinnear, sound fella. Played for Tottenham.

I'm sure that 'the hat' is able to handle a bit of banter. However if you don't feel that he is, your more than welcome to ban me if you wish?
