Position next year?

Where will we finish next season?

 

Head says 10th
Heart wants 1st-6th

 

We'd all love top 6, but tbh 10th would be a good position in our first season.

I'd take mid table now, but I'd bitch about not making the playoffs at the end of the season.

 

Heart wants 1st obviously, who wouldn't? On the one hand I'm feeling that between 8-12th is most likely but then something tells me we might do a hell of a lot better.

 

With the current squad with a couple of low-key additions; then 10th to 13th would be pleasing and hopefully realistic. If NC has buckets to spend (either from the owners and/or player sales i.e. Pucheon & Oxo) then I would hope that we would be pushing for the play-offs.

 

I'd be happy with finishing above mid table and beating Pompey twice!

 

I think we'll finish somewhere between 7th and 21st. Seriously at this stage its anybody's guess. There is a long summer between now and the first round of games, and a lot can happen in a long summer.

 

I would like to see us pushing for a second promotion with the momentum that with we have but realistically i think we'll finish in the 7-12th region. That would be a good season for stability and then in 2012/13 we can push for premier league footy.

But he ho, a lot can change in a few months and we could be awful going into this league...

I doubt it, but it could happen

A respectable top half finish will do me this season. We shouldn't expect to do a Norwich as it takes a hell of a lot of work and commitment to do that

I went 16-18, a slow start is guaranteed and we just won't be good enough to recover for a good position. Safe from relegation will do me.

 

looks like im in the majority thinking 7th-10th, Be a great achievement similar to what Leeds have done. Will be interesting to see where they finish!

Pity we had to have a summer break...we were on a roll. NA has to keep the momentum up. A few good results and who knows, but I went for 7-10 as well. That would be a good result in the 1st year and then build on that.

 

7th-10th will do me nicely!

Then season 2012/2013 WILL BE A PROMOTION SEASON!!!

 

Unlucky for some 13th

 

Saints next season could quite easily be the same as us Canaries this season past.

Not fancied to achieve anything better than 12th place, even by most of our supporters and turned out to be THE surprise package.

If you keep your goal scorers I think you will do very well but accept it is not going to be easy for any team - looks a much stronger league this time round.
