Colback comes in for a lot of undue criticism. He may not be the greatest, however he is a reliable squad member and every squad needs the likes of a Colback. Colback also has the potential to improve, I would keep him. Once again, if the lad wants to be away because he needs first team football then it will be best to let him go. Unhappy players are no use to any aspect of the club.
Very true, with all these incoming players i cant see him being a first team regular, utility players are a bit of a luxury and if we have adequate cover he shouldnt be missed, shame
He's s good footballer is Jack, a good Premier League footballer. I'd prefer us to keep him, but if he wants to play, every week, in midfield, then maybe we should let him go. He won't get games in midfield bar injury & suspension.
Yes mate, Jack will always be a solid, consistent and reliable player. I don't think that's enough for what we're trying to do, but he'd be a superb signing for Cardiff, no question.
If he goes to cardiff i'll be hoying him in my dreamteam Come to mention it, i'll organise one for us lot
Plan mate, I'll try and actually keep on top of it this year, I usually start ok then forget subs injuries etc! Get on it fella!
The Premier League one is the most user friendly I find mate, but I don't know if there's a prize for it. Sky Sports is good to, £20k usually for that, and that's also free, have a look at them all and see which one you reckon the old boys on here will be able to navigate
This As for Jack I don,t want any player who does not want to play for the club if he wants to lower his standards and go to Cardiff fair enough I think Bruce maybe interested also. We need to be tough the likes of Catts, Colback, Graham are not taking us to the next level. Don,t get me wrong I like Jack he is a hard grafter and filled in well in any position he played. Wickham and Mclean also need to get their acts together. These new kids coming in are hungry and want to succeed not just think they have made it by signing for a premiership team. Wickham has made no progress in two years in my opinion Remember Leadbitter we all thought a lot of that lad but found his level championship, Waghorn the list is endless there is only Henderson who moved up.
Very fair mate. I'd actually like to see Jack go Hull, despite Brucey's protestations, as a result of him, Meyler, Frazier etc I will be hoping they do well next year.
I hope we don't let him go at a bargain price. When we got promoted we had to pay through the nose for players.
I'd sell, he wants out and only has a year to go on his contract any fee we get to reinvest is a bonus
4/5m???snap their hands off. Yip he can fill inhere and there but don't see him playing half a dozen games next season (attacking football remember) We will have better by kick off.
Love to keep him but only if we can get a year extended on his contract, still think he has more to give.
