I knew you would come back with a non-committal answer. It is a bit of ideological jump for a Republican to say that they support an NI Police Force - but you've got to recognise that the justice system has changed massively to the point there does not seem to be any institutional bias any more? While we're on the subject, bar a United Ireland, what changes would the PSNI have to make before you were comfortable to come out and declare that they are the legit custodians of law and order in the province?
I fully expect Med Dog to have revised his thinking on the use of rubber bullets, water cannons and the treatment of rioters. I also fully expect him not to admit that on here.
It is a fully committal answer. The question groups two things together that shouldn't be. The police present their findings to the PPS and they make the call on prosecutions. I fully support the judiciary and I support the idea of a person getting access to justice, including the folk in that video. If you are asking me if I support the Police in general, well that is a bit of a hot topic in case del Rebel at the moment. It turns out I am unable to articulate why I am not fully comfortable with them yet and it is not for reasons of partiality or anything like that. I would like to discuss it, but as is the way with this portal, it would invariably be used as a weapon at a later time.
wrote the virgin marys tears on the side of the water cannon. that'd have them fleeing. maybe ... im led to believe most oo members keep their money under the soap in their bathrooms

Before we get all wound up by modern police technology, the number of homes visited At 5.30 am ( as it is after Nationalists disturbances ) will be minute. We had the Spectacle of the police months after the flag protests started, running around in the early afternoon Searching for Bryson one of the leaders. He evaded the police for nearly a week and then got out on bail. If the ringleaders and known trouble makers of flag protests had been Locked up, who would have caused the trouble last night.
Great spot Super Norwich, and look at the address. 16-22 Bedford Street... The address of the The Parades Commission......9-15 Bedford Street Belfast. A coincidence or some kind of Republican plot?
