    There's no chance of them removing the civic colours on the stadium.

    Although there is a chance that they might remove the 1970s Soviet style sports figures who adorn it and bring it inti the third millennium, I suppose.

    I wonder if there's something written into a contract the the SMT can't touch it. If not then surely it could be done under 'general repair'

    Yes. It's a chance for the fans to be heard and to have their say. Maybe the title should be change as dating it has rendered it a tad confusing, but suggestions for topics of discussion at these kinds of meetings are important.
