"QPRâs pre-season plans have suffered a blow with the news that Harry Redknapp has had to undergo an operation on a knee injury. The 66-year-old had to leave the clubâs training base yesterday to have surgery on the problem which has been troubling him for several months. Speaking today about the impact it could have, he said: âI have to spend at least six weeks on crutches, which is going to be a nightmare but I had no choice.â Simon Johnson - London Evening Standard.
Well if that's the leg injury that happens each season to a player(faulin, dyer, johnson) then that's saved a player from being out.

Hope he's still going to the game tonight. He could compare injuries with my youngest lad who broke his kneecap three weeks ago and is on crutches. We'll be at Exeter, but in the disabled seats for obvious reasons, and it's his tenth birthday today! (my lads, not Harry's!!)
