Oh yeah - forgot about Pamarot too. Jesus Jol did well with some average players. Reckon we've named them all now. Was just exaggerating, in my mind, the point when we had something like five right backs.

Looked through that list - only about three or four players marked as RB (for a period of several decades) and some marked as just FB but checked the whole list and no bells were rung.

There's not rating him and there's saying he's worse than that long list mentioned though!
You are entitled to your opinion but your opinion is wrong saying he is worse than that lot.

Assou-Ekotto's been spending his week doing charity work, first in Cameroon for Sightsavers, helping to distribute a medicine that prevents blindness and then in Tanzania with homeless children.
Nice to see someone using their profile to try and do a little good.

Stalteri, Edman, Mabizela, Rose - there's a pattern developing here of fullbacks and memorable goals. Hang on - was Mabizela (sp?) a fullback?

To this day i still can't decide if i'm annoyed at such partisan commentary or just entertained at his pain. Who was it? Cottee or something?

Was Mabizela against Leicester? I had the hangover from hell in that Leicester match, thought i might actually die. That goal (if it was that goal) was the only respite

Stalteri scored a screamer away at Leicester in the cup but we still managed to throw away a 2 goal lead and lose. Typical spurs!
