I know, how dare we be sensible and see that we hadn't been rejected nor accepted - and were therefore negotiating. Stupid clingers.
Response from Celtic fans on forum TalkCeltic: http://www.talkceltic.net/forum/showthread.php?t=134996
Buying Wanyama, with his in-experience in the PL, seems like a very bad move. Titus bramble would have cost nothing, he would provide the experience that comes with many years blossoming in the Barclay's Premier League, and would add that pace at the back that we need so badly. Victor OUT.
Can someone compile a list of all the people who said this was dead and the thread should be closed? I am lazy but I want to know whose opinions to disregard in future
The fact that the Celtic fans will miss him and wish him luck is a good sign. A couple even said he was one the best players they'd seen at Celtic...that is a compliment as they have had good players over the years. (Cue people banging on about poor Scottish football).
I searched for the word "dead" and found a few (like SaintGreg10 about ten times) but couldn't be bothered to make a list
Ummm, i for one would never say that... I say we delete the Saint Victor thread and not look through it.
Can't see the Northam keeping in time to sing this...
Wanyama you walk in the joint, We can tell you are a big midfielder, A real defender. Hey Wanyama.....score another goal for me. (Sorry, I'm in a slightly ridiculous mood, must be the sun).
