    First fast this year was from 2:52am to 9:22pm, they go down an average 2 to 3 mins. day
    No food no water can be consumed during daylight hours.
    However its not compulsory, you only have to fast when you get a certain age and you are of sound health.
    Onto my second fast today, so far so good, but I'm down to play Cricket (I know there's a thread for that...) on Saturday when the temps will be hitting close to 80*F down south, looks like I'll be fielding in the Slips and not taking any quick singles!
