To be fair Ciaran heroin addicts don't tend to march up and down your street at 3 in the morning banging drums playing flutes and singing the sash. And even if they did they're all dead by their 40s so you might get a bit of peace at some point. I haven't been to Belfast so can't comment but my best mate and his wife (she's from Armagh so they moved back) work in Belfast city centre and said it's great.
