Despite his size, he looks very good in the air I reckon Poleon is trying to make a big statement this pre-season also. Hard to tell until maybe against some stronger opposition but he's working hard to be considered at the very least.
If Poleon is pushing for a starting spot, nevermind just a place on the bench, and he has pace, and he can play out wide, I think our attacking options for the coming season are starting to look very promising. Maybe BMD will bring in another forward to push the others, but as things stand, we're not in too bad a shape.
Varney showing quite a bit of passion and rage when he slipped in the box there. Really up for it, or getting worried that the other strikers are scoring for fun pre-season and he hasn't got one yet?
