    Hello, Canary fan in peace......................

    Following a discussion on the Ipswich board a few days ago I would like you guys to come up with as many players from between 1970 to the present day who have been awarded FULL international caps (while playing for your team). Not u18, u21 etc - Any country.

    I do not intend to turn this into a discussion type of thread or any kind of competition between our 2 clubs - just for interest, and maybe some surprises along the way as we go down memory lane.

    If you can give me the name, country and approx year (in that order)

    SirBobby, they have to have won the internation cap while being a registered Newcastle United player!
    ruling out Campbell, Smith and Lovenkrands at first site of your list lol.

    I'm not sure but I seem to remember Smith playing upfront with Owen when he played for us. May have been in a friendly against Germany when McClaren was in charge
