1st inning of the first test, lots of cricket to be played. The Aussies have a very young bowling attack who look pretty ordinary(Siddle apart)
Easier to say in hindsight, but you're right. Bowling is their strength - we should have put their batters under pressure from the start.

You get the feeling England thought they just had to turn up, the Aussies will battle for everything so we need to get into them tomorrow or they might pull off a surprise win. Makes the series a bit more interesting than many thought...
Come on the Aussies....... Seriously, I hope it is a good series and may the BEST team win. Cricket over here is such a minority sport but we have just qualified again for the 2015 World Cup. Enjoy the ashes.
Yes, I wasn't quite as geed up for it as usual because I thought we'd muller them. More exciting now though.

you should never right off the aussies. but if we get a few early wickets tomorrow we should be good.
We should have put them into bat in those conditions. One good partnership tomorrow and they will be in a good position. Some terrible shots from England's batsmen!
Don't know mate, very dry pitch which has had no water for 8 days. Could really deteriorate and not be one to bat last on. Time will tell!
Quietly confident that we will turn up to fight for every innings .............. if we are good enough, so be it, time will tell. As we seemed to have all stated, if it is a good tight series all the way through, it will keep our interest to the max.
