Looking at our squad I believe we are safe from relegation, another striker and we are well set up. Another defender and all positions are strong, our friends will get hammered by us, they don't have a single player that would make our team and they certainly do not have tactical nous to overcome the wide odds of winning a game against us. I am feeling confident about handling Europa, Prem and the cups next season.
I think over confidence from the support is a very dangerous thing, we don't know how the signings will work out yet A few losses early on and the pressure will be on us, we wont know how our season is going to go by October IMO.

I don't think the players will suffer it, still enough players from old there to tell the others that team will be gunning for victory and they will fighting for every point. We'll be fine.

All jesting aside, by this point before we started our first season in the Prem we had only signed DG and we didnt even have a keeper! Saying that, within a few weeks we had bought Graham, Vorm, Tremmel, Routledge, Lita, Situ and several others for quite a bit less than what they want to spend just on Ince. He doesnt seem good value when you make that comparison!
