Yep, but we definitely need at least one more striker too because a couple could get injured (they usually do) and we could end up with no strikers, yet again.
We'll buy at least another and certainly loan one, so we needn't worry. Bruce will have it all sorted out.
We have done better business so far than in any other window I can remember. We usually take much longer to get our signings done. A few times we've played Ferriby with minimal if any new signings. We always want more though of course.
^This. I'd say it is by far the best business of the 3 promoted sides as well. We have bought the right mix of players with experience and ability without spending much, as well as keeping a strong squad depth. Bruce has made some fantastic signings so far since joining the club. All of them have been great. Prozzy is the only blot on an otherwise spotless record when it has come to signings, but he may come good, who knows...
Bruce has got the gift of the gab. Smooth talking schmooze-meister. That, when combined with his looks, is an intoxicating combination. He clicks his fingers, they sign. That's just the way it is.
