Surprise, surprise, we are linked to both of these. I doubt we'd buy both and given the competition, we are likely to have focused on one or the other. So who would we prefer?

Personally, despite the focus on Mackail-Smith, I'd go for Morison

Morison, although I think Mackail-Smith is more likely to join. If either one of them joins, I'll be happy

Neither actually get me excited. Can I still pick Graham over all of those that have been mentioned?

Don't think either of these will give us the goals we'll need in Prem, still fancy getting our hands on Graham though, think he'd be able to make the step up (no more than 10-15 goals though) - I'm sure NW has his eyes on a few experienced Prem players if the f**kers on the board will give him the money!

You're gonna have to excuse my behaviour. That nonsense of mine was meant for ciarra's thread.

Still want Danny Graham - though either of these would be cheaper and could probably do a reasonable job with the right support.

here's a funny thing. Last year Charlie Austin was banging in goals for fun for swindon before he was sold to Burnley for £1 mill plus. We were all (or should I saw a few) were disappointed we couldn't get him. Morrison was at Stevenage before a move to Millwall where he has done very well. GMS although has been around a while can also scored goals. Personally, I would be happy with both, plus Graham and a premier striker like Johnson or Keane (as long as its free and not on silly wages) to come in. NW likes his strikers and I can see Dave going, Viney has already gone (or is as good as gone) HH is out of contract so for me 4 in three out. I would like to see a striker who can head coming in so maybe a move for Demba Ba (although wages may be a stumbing block) or Nicky Maynard.

It will be interesting to see NW's final 25 player squad.......and we are only 2nd June at the mo!

Jon Carew is available on a free if you want a striker who can head the ball, also Bothroyd, Pablo Counago, Harewood, Diomansy Kamara - there are a few strikers floating around without clubs that have done well in the top division.

If we are clever, we could maybe go a bigger signing fee and lower wages?

Out of the players mention above WLW, Carew fits the bill for me along with Bothroyd however I an see them going to more established clubs. However, i am sure that NW has a trick or two up his sleeve - he did last year with the signings of Derry, Hill and Mackie...I will glosss over Leon Clarke as this didn't work for either party. I just don't want to see the club spend money on stupid salaries (unless relegation reductions are included) and for the club to suffer again
