Cornwall was a bad sign (which I failed to see the significance of, at the time). If anyone went to the game would be good to get their input. All I have seen are the highlights, from that (and I know highlights can sometimes mislead) a few things I noticed: Smith obviously got the goals, that in itself against this level of opposition tells you little, but he seemed to have some good movement which may bode well Kenny - Seemed a bit casual, as if it did not matter, for example the way he tapped the ball out from a back pass when it should have been hoofed. Poleon looked bright again, maybe we do have an answer to one of our problems there? Anyone with better input?
Didn't go to the game but it sounded as though Poleon was trying tricks every time he got the ball. I've got no problem with using tricks, but sometimes he slows the play down by doing it when he could easily just run past his man. Needs to learn to use his pace more effectively for me, but definitely has potential.
Could be right there, the problem with highlights is you miss the failures and they only show the times when it succeeds. Too many tricks is a fault that can be cured though, if there's some talent there.
