What are u talking about?! Holtby is a central attacking midfielder. - he's only played on the left in some games because one of the best players in Europe has prevented him from playing in his preferred role. He's nothing like podolski. The two can't even be compared.

Dean Parrett who was "released" by us a few months ago, had a spell on trial at Crystal Palace, in fact he played a few games for their Development side. That doesn't appear to have led to a deal because he is currently training with Notts County.

Gomez had a pretty poor season last year with injury and Mandzukic playing so well - he still managed 19 goals in 32 appearances. WHY ARE WE NOT BIDDING?!
