When I start a season career with BCFC, I sell Pitman, Adomah (for the cash), Kilkenny, Fonts, Nyatanga, Skuse and Elliott before I do anything else. Then bring in Piazon for 550k, Viktor Fischer for 1.2, Benzia for 700k, Boniperti for 700k, Ward-Prowse for 500k, and Luke Shaw for 300k... All of them end up at 85 or more. In fact my 3rd season I sold Viktor Fischer for 54m to Real Madrid as he was 87, and bought Neymar and Sharaawy... Can see those boys down at the gate in a few years, 4 years tops

I was without a computer for a month, so I opted for Football Manager Handheld 2013 to settle my cravings. Started with Bristol City and largely sold all the dead wood right away. Ended up getting promotion, but Kilkenny ended up at Wolves for £140k, played out of his skin, and also got promoted. Just goes to show how unrealistic some games are...
