Philippe Auclair has been saying that Cissé is available for around 5.5m and we are interested, fella is well well respected by players and managers in France and is no bull ****ter.

His record has been superb over in Greece and at that price I would have him back in a shot.

Definately for that price. Would he be happy playing in rotation though?

Not too sure about this one: I always felt that he flattered to deceive when he played for us, and was always a bit too selfish, without being prolific.

Can't make my mind up about this. His wages were monumental when he was on loan at us however he's been beyond exceptional in Greece.

For the price quoted i would like to see him back as long as he did not want a **** load of money

He really wanted to stay with us when we had him on loan . He scored a few goals for us to

Didn't we have him on loan not long after he recovered from his second broken leg, which may go some way to explaining why he wasn't as prolific as he clearly is now?

If the price is accurate, he has got to be value for money and has a wealth of experience in the premier league. I'd certainly have him back and think he would probably strike up a good friendship with Gyan as they are both flamboyant characters.

Never go back. Greek football doesn't compare to the prem so those statistics may be flattering.

The quote was aimed at Philippe Auclair, not Cisse ;)

Would defo get him back for that price. I thought he was decent with us and faded towards the end because the whole team faded. Yes- get him back.

I don`t think Quinney would ever let him back into the club. He was a bit "high maintainance"

Could it be like jones and cisse. egotism getting in the way, both wanting to be top dogs & not playing as a team. Not for me, however, if we got him i admit there would be some bloody good exciting football.
