Only joking, I gave him positive so he should jump to over 700,000 points when he next arrives! The more points you have, the bigger your rep power (which is what gets awarded or taken away from the recipient)
Sweet FA Jager, sweet FA ! Its meant to be a way of promoting harmony and good threads, but is a biggest dick contest really
Cheers Back to the OP, keep up the good work in giving up the Nicoteine lads (if you are on Nicoteine replacement, it doesnt count...you are just bullshitting yourself unfortunately)
I smoked 20+ a day for over 10 years, and gave up around 3 years ago and never looked back! I did it without intending to, one day I was feeling ill and was in Sainsbury's looking for a flu remedy and saw the nicorette mints for 75% off and just planned to replace every other cigarette with a mint. One had one and went 3 hours without smoking I taught I'll see if could do another 3 hours. Then after 6 hours it became a day, days became weeks, weeks became months and months became years! It's not easy and most probably the most difficult thing I have done, so don't kid yourself at any point. I couldn't have done it without support from my wife and friends. I will say the smoking ban has made things easy, but remove yourself from social situations where you would normally smoke. I didn't go drinking for a month when I gave up not to fall into temptation. Good luck I wish these e cigarettes where as common when I gave up.
