Whilst BT do have 'first picks', they only do so when Sky dont utilize their first pick, i.e Sky's choice of first pick takes prominence over BTs. Sky have operated their first pick on the opening weekend. There's some more information here if you're interested on it all: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1755756 I do agree that we are looking likely for Super Sunday though as there is no Monday Night Football on the opening weekend. Sky's 'first pick' goes in the Sunday 4pm slot, but since they have a second and third pick, they can essentially put their matches at any of their times (Sat 5:30, Sun 1:30 or Sun 4:00). Whatever Sky put on the Saturday, this is the "free day" of TV meaning all users can watch.

Who needs sky when our manager lets it slip. Praise the Lord - he has also let this be known - but not officially. Lips So sunday 18th august 2013 @ stamford bridge with a 4pm k.o. Bring it on. nb. Will Schwarzer be in goal for the game though ? Keep Peter Cech fresh for the following weeks game @ M.U.?
