Australia deserved the win however, when the ball was put out after the missed kick from Leigh, it should have been a penalty to the Lions as you are not allowed to kick the ball behind your own dead ball line (unless the rule has recently been changed and seeing as the rule for stamping has been changed recently for Horwill this could be a possibility down under)
what a great game of rugby, a great advertisement for the sport, Fair play to the aussies they never gave up but the lions threw it away with just 3 minutes to go.....The scrum from both sides was not up to scratch or the line outs this week but some of the rugby was fantastic, well neither can have a whitewash now that sets it up for a nail biter next week and i cant wait......halfpenny my MOM...Just for the lions even though they lost..
yeah it's his hamstring. trainers wont make a full assessment until 24-48 hours after a match though so probably won't know more until monday
Didnt watch the game till late yesterday evening as my boy had his first game for Them up east. Thought was a great tight game. Lydiate, WJ and Warburton played very well. Need to get rid of ben youngs Not good enough for me.
missing Gethin Jenkins for definite. I'd put Corbisiero, Gray, Tips and Faletau into the pack. Phillips in for Youngs, get rid of BOD (but they won't) and play Roberts & Davies if fit.
So where is everyone watching the final test tomorrow, I shall be down Gowerton rugby club in the sunshine. No doubt i will be bladdered by tea time and fast asleep on the settee with a half eaten kebab on the floor.
Ok, Keebab and a rissole on the side. My sister went back home to Germany today, In her case was 2 dozen rissoles and 2 dozen pasties. They will be having a pasty and rissole party in Wildenthal, Germany.
