    Says he tried to bring in a championship left back but too expensive so looking to a loan....hmmmmmm!

    I think it would be very unwise to let a player of Dawson's experience and, to be honest, ability, leave the club with only an untried, if highly recommended, young replacement to take his place.

    Can't see this one happenning now. MAYBE in January.

    i think the experience will be vital. We have concentrated on buying young players for a while now and i think we may lack in that area, which i think is underrated as a criteria for success

    About a month back, Scunts fans were debating the possibility of Dawson going back.

    They said they'd have him, but that Knill's transfer-policy made it unlikely that he would be the Left-Back in question.

    can you have a player coach on loan? if he does go it will also leave a decent gap in our salary structure to bring in some more experience somewhere......i am guessing this story has legs
