Screen-Print fingers at the ready !!! Hull City history could be made at any point if it's the 12:30/13:00 k.o. . If City take the lead at any point then they'd be top of the premiership ! Immediately after k.o. they would be joint top (in second alphabetically) ! Hopefully at the final whistle they will not be rock bottom ! Exciting times...I'm easily excited.
With it being Jose "the happy one" Mourinho's home coming game, it is a big deal. But i doubt we shall have to pay more than £40 for a ticket.
Correct. Yes we did and were. Until that is Mike Wiley gave that nothing free kick to Chelsea for Drogba's equaliser. The winner was a fluke as well and we would have been joint top for a couple of hours or so that day.
Yeah, we had a bit of fun with it at Stamford Bridge for however long we was top for. "We're gonna win the league...".
9 minutes of ecstasy...sum total of my whole life ! http://www.11v11.com/matches/chelsea-v-hull-city-15-august-2009-285309/
You compare the team Hull City put out back in 2009 to the one we will put out in 2013 does not compare at all. Sadly for us Chelsea will also be a much improved team. But anything can happen on opening day.
Agree with all your points. Be ecstatic(once more in my life) if City get somewhat more than a Warhol "15 minutes of fame" this season. No lucky Drogba this time !

The game most certainly will not be on Saturday lunch time. Sky have the first three picks the opening weekend and BT the fourth pick. BTs game will be the Saturday lunch game (as per their contract) and I doubt Sky will see three games being higher priority than this one. So the game will either be Saturday evening or Sunday, on Sky. All as its Mourinho's return.
At the bottom of this article, expect match to be on TV. http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...on-as-evans-is-quick-to-sign-tidser-1-5826423
Wouldn't North Ferriby be better off switching their games to Friday night? Then the fans could go to the Weir Bar afterwards and see Jimmy or doesn't he go there anymore? (I typed "Weird Bar" and nearly decided not to correct it)
Indeed, but as he's now back down south, you'd be rather surprised to see him in the Weir on a Friday night.
BT get the first pick on opening weekend. It is part of there overall package. BT get 18 first picks over the season but imo i guess they will go for Swansea V. Man Utd. Our game looks destined for sky's super sunday double bill.
