I believe Sterling could have a good career ahead. From the little I have seen of Ibe he looks good, with a fantastic mentallity.

  2. I have more hopes for Ibe, I think Sterling will be another SWP, Lennon, Walcott, etc

Wisdom to go out on loan? Until Kellys injured then?

Atsu looks class but if it gives 2 young English lads a go instead then I'm happy.

    All in favour rise!

If he's as good as Walcott I will be very happy.

  6. Walcott plays well for two reasons:
    -world cup year
    -contract expiring

He was brilliant at the start of last season but wheres he been since he signed that new deal?

Walcott was banging in the goals.

Sterling has the ability to pick out a great pass. He also tracks back, closes down, presses, tackles, intercepts, marks etc brilliant, which seperates him from SWP and Lennon. He is a good finisher to, he just doesnt get in to the positions to show it often enough. If he gets in the box more regularly he will provide the goals.

And at 18 he's got a good 5 years to develop, I'm still excited (in a legal way) by him, he'll come good but we all know Zaha is better <doh>

It is about opinions and I can see exactly where yours is coming from. Its perfectly justified.

Ibe has some thing a bit more exotic about his style.

Personally Oxlade Chambberlain looks like the biggest potential to me as far as England wingers and forwards go.

Earlier in the season last year, Sterling was a little burnt out: the manager needs to protect young players till they are fully
    matured.<ok>

i've no issue with this. atsu is what he is... we need to shift assaidi before buying him anyway.

stelring and ibe can be good players... how good is a question but our frist team should have suarez, sturridge, coutinho and aspas in it so having sterling is fine... especially with alberto, suso and mkhitaryan as well.

I think Ibe is a better prospect than Sterling, however both are ones for the future.

When Sterling was playing well (when he first came into the team), he was taking players on, making great runs etc. Despite his age, he was able to come into the first team and contribute.

I'm a little disappointed that we're not going for Atsu - he may be young but he's another exciting talent who is slightly further along in his development than 2 players mentioned above. Having said that, I'm excited to see Sterling and Ibe given more opportunities as I think they are players who can contribute to the team. I don't want to give youngsters a game purely just to give them experience etc. I want them to deserve a place.
