    Correct. The first PL game is not until the 17th august anyway. I suspect that the first striker will be here in time for the first 2 games with Ferriby and Winterton on monday week.

    SSN report that Bolton manager Dougie Freedman has rubbished all reports linking Bolton with a big money bid for Blackburn striker Jordan Rhodes.

    Could have something to do with the wonga required ?

    OR quite simply, the club wont be rushing into any deals at the moment. They are prepared to bide there time and wait. I would hate to play poker with Bruce and Thompson.
