Not at all. people stand in seated areas in the Eastend so they may wish to there. Fans also sit in the Eastend they may to continue to do so there as well. Atyeo? sitting or stand its designed for both.

Me and my family have three East end season tickets, my friend mhas four. We won't be using that..

It's a waste of money spent on the rugby club.

    City fans will stand elsewhere.

The Wedlock Stand is not the ideal angle to go back to all standing with a good view as it's relatively shallow.
If the ground was redeveloped and a standing area was created with a decent view, unobscured by pillars (!!) I'm sure it would prove popular

If it was located at the rear in locked down or up mode I feel it would be used. This would be of attraction to a significant proportion in the Eastend.

As a current season ticket holder that end, no in either mode at the front.

It would probably be safer at the back as well..

Would I use it? yeah I would give it a try.. Would I buy a season ticket there? .. probably not..

The design is for a redeveloped stand. I am convinced that it would create an exodus elsewhere from the support in the current stand . The possibility there is that others would follow as they did seasons back into the Eastend.

Leaves the question, who is the enclosure targetted at?

You should swap your wallet from pocket to pocket now and again to distribute the weight more evenly...

Can't remember the last time I had more than £20 in my wallet, me Julie don't let me loose on the funds in this house. Apart from nights out she then can't be arsed to go to the bar so I am allowed more pocket money <laugh>

Some may stand but if they refused to sit, then could be ejected from the stadium. Also if this state of affairs was brought to the attention of the local Council who licence football stadiums in their area, the Council could close the stadium on the grounds that the Safety Rules (and laws) are not being complied with by the Club.

Might have this wrong but no council has done that. The council are aware of fans standing at Ashton gate. Years back someone from the council met fans from the EE saying exactly what you are saying. I would say it's about 70% standing in the Eastend. Pretty hard to get that many sitting when the majority have no problem with it.

But if the Club built the Wedlock without seats to allow everyone to stand, the Council would not issue a Safety Certificate as it would not comply with the law as it currently stands. so stand or sit, you'll still have seats there whether you like it or not.
And it's why I will end up in the Dolman or rebuilt Williams because I don't want to stand up at my age.

There will be seats, rail seats, but who are they aimed at? Will they get used in that enclosure? Is the cost justified? Is there a demand there? Fans stand at the back of stands not the front.
