    He didn't get much of a look in at Fulham, he only started nine games, he'd probably be handy addition on a free.

    EDIT: I was imagining it to an extent - he scored a brace.

    Not a chance. For a start Bolton dont have any money for that k,ind of deal. Rhodes will only leave for the PL.


    To be fair though IF Palace end up paying that much then they will have stayed up in the PL. Barry Fry has said that it is £3m up front with the rest based on apps-goals and Palace staying a PL club. Well worth it in the long run. We could have gone for him and offered old boy Mclean as part of the deal.


    Massive difference. Gayle has 3 years left on his Peterboro contract. Austin has just entered the final year of his.

    Yes they have but he is not yet ready for the PL just yet. Look at Nick Powell @ Man Utd who gets little game time. I expect NP to be loaned out at some point like.

    Turns out Schwarzer was offered a new deal at Fulham, but turned it down as he doesn't want to be a No.2.

    A personal fave on Football Manager, the best wonderkid by far imo.

    If he is half as good as he becomes on that, it's a fantastic signing for Arsenal.


    Paulinho agreed to join Spurs a few days ago for £17m, they were just waiting for the Confed Cup to finish before announcing it.
