David Moyes has brought three of his Everton backroom staff to Manchester United, including the appointment of Steve Round as assistant manager.

The new Old Trafford boss, who officially took charge on Monday, has also brought in goalkeeping coach Chris Woods and Jimmy Lumsden as coach.

Also a major rumour that Phil Neville will return to the club in coaching capacity and reunite with old boys Paul Scholes & Nicky Butt.

Yeh exactly all sorted an hour into his 1st day, now only 9 days until we go for pre-season so hopefully the transfers will get sorted by end of this week.

Is it too much to ask that we sign Garay, Baines and Alcantara and sort the Rooney thing out by Thursday so they can go off to pre season with a smug look on our faces and I can then concentrate on some Ashes until the season actually starts?

    Too much to ask?

Well from what I can gather is that the Garay deal is all but done just pen to paper, Baines deal depends on an increased offer, imo this will happen sooner than later and he will be wearing red, Alcantara is a sticky one, maybe he will stay at Barca but if not then it's all been agreed from what I've read and heard. Rooney thing should be sorted by 2moro unless he spits his dummy out. Will it be sorted by Thursday? I doubt it but Moyes wants it all sorted by next Wednesday for pre-season tour. So should be a very eventful week, one thing is for sure there will be plenty activity in and out of Old Trafford.

I don't want Rooney going to Chelsea or Arsenal especially Arsenal as we wouldn't hear the last of it, the only PL club Id accept him at is Spurs but only if Bale came the other way.

I wouldn't mind using Rooney as a make weight to get Ronny or Bale if neither of them 2 then he has to stay really
