Sooooo am back. National Amateur Cup held in Kansas City. This is how America does things...... we had a game (90 minutes) at 11:30 and 4:30 on Saturday, got the results and moved on to the semi final...... at 8:00AM the following day ( Sunday). If we had made the final, the final would have been at 12:00PM. I just played 3 full 90's in 24 hours. Couple that with the 10 hour drive, I am hurting. Also have to go check on the knee as a late tackle from behind almost put me out on the last game. Think it is just a sprain but would rather be sure. Totally totally goosed right now.
Finally got round to watching game 7 of the NBA finals, I wanted SAS to win but Miami were too strong. Damn you Ray Allen!
Used to go out four days and suffer for about three hours. Now, I go out once and have a four day hangover #oldage
Probably about 6pm, maybe 6.30pm. I think drinking pitchers (of cocktail) rather than pints (of lager) may have been a bad idea (queues were too big )
Been suffering a little myself not as bad as Gerrez sounds though, decided on a few rums to go with the beers.
