I wouldn't place Flamini in the pure fantasy list.

 

Sooo many tenuous links. You can add Elmohamady to the "gone elsewhere" list though, as he's permanently signed for Hull.

I like that Charlie Austin and Leandro Damiao are in the same part of the list.

I like that mk2 has opened on the 1st July! Hopefully we will have more than 1 signing at the end of this thread though

Baena has gone to Rayo Vallecano and I think I'm right in saying Tribal football has got his first name wrong, I'm sure it's Raul, not that it matters now.

 

With pre season now underway in most leagues and the summer tournaments (U21s, Confeds, U20s) coming to an end, you would expect players to be in discussions with their clubs and more deals will be able to go through more quickly. It must be difficult to do much business in June with most players, and possibly some Club officials, away on holiday or with their countries.

 

Unless they prefer to be in the closet.

 

Well, that was a wee part of the reason why I suggested a second thread. The original had got to 4000+ posts though.

Ok this is from the very unreliable 'football transfers' website - Saints to sign Demba Ba. Don't think it's likely, but a rumour all the same
