good evening all ...just back from a lovely weekend in the New Forest to celebrate my mum's 80th...thank goodness for the weather, eh? i'm burned of course, but i've been fab on the ol' diet, and have managed to get runs in both days, so i'm feeling very virtuous . Off to Leeds tomorrow to help my son move, that...after an early test, and then off to Leicester on Tuesday for a training course, but not before work and some more training...this is going to be the week from hell! lol.

Morning all on another glorious summers day. Off to clear some space for some more planting before the sun becomes to hot. Now that the watering has started I feel that the season is sorting it's self out a bit. I wonder if there is a full house in Italy today, or will they be playing seven aside games.

No news on Anya - but according to my contacts that do Twatter, he has stated that he wants to stay. He is another key player for us - well at least in my ever so humble opinion..
