Spain are 9/5, Brazil 6/4 on bet365. I like the look of a Uruguay/Brazil double, personally, Italy have been shocking defensively. Neymar/Suarez anytime goalscorer double is 5/1, that is very tempting, closer to 7 if you swap Suarez for Cavani, who knows the Italian defenders.
I,ll have a bit on Spain. Not watched any games at all. both class teams but who's looking the winner to every one
Spain are certainly the better side, but home advantage may swing it. I wouldn't be betting massive bucks on either, more finding a good combo bet. Uruguay v Italy is the 3rd place play off mate.
I'm not a fan of F1 by any means, a waste of precious fuel as far as I'm concerned. However, I have got to say that the whole thing seems to be coming a farce with the races being dictated by who doesn't have a burst tyre..
Precious fuel? The amount of fuel used by all cars over the course of a season equates to roughly the same as one transatlantic flight.... Just to put things in perspective a bit
I would be very surprised if your statement was correct, although I would like to see a vast reduction in the number of all flights to be honest..
1 10 hour flight in a 747 = 150,000 litres of fuel 1 F1 car over the course of a full season, including testing etc 200,000 litres But i am not a fuel buff but dont both use different types of fuel, planes Aviation fuel, and F1 petrol? (not a clue what the difference is though)
The economy managed just fine before the number of passenger flights exploded in the 2nd half of the 20th Century..
But the world is a very different place now mate, if you were to remove the option of flight now it would be a serious, serious issue. People managed without cash, sanitation, transport, could the world go back to that now? Absolutely not mate. The ability to travel quickly between countries and continents is absolutely essential, and becomes more so every day.
Why? We have so many other forms of communication now, the need for physical air travel should be diminishing and not increasing..
Regardless of the tyre shambles, was it or was it not the best race of the season??? F1 needs instability, whether that is a 'good' thing or not is a matter of opinion.
Because bonds and personal relationships are based on human contact, the day this changes then the world is ****ed. Would you like to do business with a person you'd never met, shook hands with? Cos sure as **** I wouldn't.
