I agree, the ending is definitely WTF just happened. I've read a few of those type things mate. Almost dissertations stating that it went badly at the end. Personally I like not having a definitive answer. I really don't see that there's enough to suggest it went either way.

I say that because you're disrespecting a chap who left behind children. A man who was devoted to his family and his charity work. He played a nasty character. He played it well. He ate food as most of us do. He drank as most of us tend to. If you read anything at all about those who knew him, worked with him or even just met him he was loved. Not feared. You are a horrible little man who needs his head checking.
