Morison is 29 years old and one of his qualities is his speed..........which by the time he is 30 yrs old may well be on the wane, so why pay a transfer fee ......... we get a bloody good striker for maybe 8-12 grand a week wages... 400 -600k for one year.....this is a good deal, football wise and financially even if we ended up paying his entire wages of 17k a week
We sold Morison for 2.7 M to Norwich, Leeds then gave them Becchio and gave us Morison Norwich got Becchio, we got Morison Leeds got **** all THANKS LADS
you get to pay him £17,000 to sit in the stand watching the Leeds spank Millwall.Just think every fan gets to pay £3-£4 pounds every home game towards his wage while he does fook all.Your welcome. If he scores a few we will sell him LEICESTER in Jan if he don't you have to keep him.
Imagine we'll make it a perm deal near the end of it, things will change if he's scoring for fun and everyone's happy with the situation by which time Leeds will be the last place he'll want too go back to given that they obviously don't want him now. His £17k a week wages would be the only stumbling block though!
No you won't Paul as there's a no recall clause, second last line of the article. http://www.newsatden.co.uk/23562-striker-morison-re-joins-millwall-on-season-long-loan-deal.html
sellings not a recall Steve, there is no rule or contract that says you can't sell a player. The only thing that does is if he continues with his injury problems and misses half the season you still have to pay him.
If you say so Paul, it's the same having to pay any injured player under contract but he won't be injured for us!
If he does the biz for you guys should not be a problem, but if he's crap then your stuck with paying him the big money.win/win for us.
yes because we will sell him to Leicester, and lets face it even if he played like Messi would still only drag your sorry bunch to maybe 4th from bottom.
