Shouldn't have so much of an issue with a direct company, if it was a broker policy then there would of been more problems as you are always speaking to a middle man. They should have a 1 department does all. I would chose quality over price for insurance every day of the week, as when you need them most that's what matters. If you have issues PM me, happy to chat through procedures as I work in the Industry
So now our insurer has rang her direct, she has **** herself as she hasnt informed work, she's rang the wife crying saying she'll lose her job and all sorts of sob story's begging to pay for it all herself????? Wtf is ganning on here like?
Load of tosh, she can't get fired, worst that can happen is her company pays more insurance. As I say happy to chat and assist if needs be
Just getting my sweed round it, sounds to me like she shouldnt have been driving the car Thats what i said to the mrs, make sure you re-itterate there is cctv in the petrol station, she did eventually before she was suplexed
If her company have asked her to drive knowing she wasn't on the policy they have failed in duty of care, on the other hand if she has taken the vehicle without owners consent (twoc) then it's not just an insurance matter it's police. If she was covered or not, it's the vehicle insurers responsibility to pay the third party I.e your mrs.
We have also just realised she rang from a different number than she gave at the incident, which would suggest that is why they are speaking to her again in the morning at 11, reckon its her sisters co car and she was driving it
Got it marra, me heeds battered, divvent want anybody losing their job but want the car fixing properly and the wife not to be without wheels in the meantime
I hope that anyone who puts in a fraudulent insurance claim, has another accident shortly afterwards and dies in the ****er, slowly and painfully. My daughter was in an accident in Manchester, she was hit by a Pakistani couple in a 4x4(they had a kid in a car chair in the back), but when the insurance claim came in, it was for six adults who all had whiplash injuries. She can't get insurance now. I have the address, I'll wait a year, then I'm torching the ****s. There's only one word for people who claim for an injury they didn't sustain. Scum.
