I had a couple of mates heavily into Japan at the time, didn't do a great deal for me then though I do think I second that emotion is great - even bought the single, seven inch vinyl ! But you might be right cause I recently got a best of type thing of theirs....perhaps the retrospective momentum is building...now, wheres my eyeliner gone?
