That's true, I believe he returned to pre-season training? Maybe a possible return for Danns also lead to the departure of Drinkwater. A midfield 4 of King, James, Danns and Wellens. Would you be happy to go in to the season with that?
There is no real inspirational pass picker there - all quite need and tidy and Danns has bite .. but would stilll like to see a real class playmaker in there
Unfortunately, young Anthony is light years away from 'killer pass' credentials ... by the time he has got the ball on to his left peg the opportunity is often gone ... but he has other uses ...
got quite a few assists though, remember that scoop that led to Nugent's goal vs Forest at home? A beauty
Knockaert does have the ability but he holds onto the ball too long at times Richie Wellens used to be the master of picking out killer balls
Stick Knockaert in a central position behind the striker(s) and he will certainly pick a pass out for you, not easy to do so when you're stuck out wide. Unfortunately this is also King and Marshall's best position.
@SkyFootball: Sky Sports sources understand that Crystal Palace have agreed a fee for Peterborough striker Dwight Gayle. http://t.co/JOZSw7wZN0
Thomas Rogne will have a medical at Wigan tomorrow on a free transfer. Shame, i'd have likes us to have had a look at him. I rate the lad and he's at a decent age.
@SkySportsNews: Sky sources: QPR agree £12m deal to sell Christopher Samba back to Anzhi Makhachkala #SSN That went well for them.
