Well............if you count 3 one-on-one saves by Almunia in the second half when Palarse were clean through as good defensive work, then I suppose you are right. I thought we had to work damn hard and have a bit of luck to get through to extra time.
I suppose Eustace might want to play games rather than be a bit part player in his position but it would be a shame to lose him in terms of experience and helping the new players settle.

Seems very unlikely to me as he is their most valued player... Be like us selling Hoban or Bond to Charlton.
Reading the posts from Leeds fans, they are expecting him to go. They think he is the only player that would raise some cash and it is a case of sell before you can buy anyone. He fits the Pozzo model of a player who is young with a lot of promise, and paying out a reasonable fee would not be out of the question. They paid €4m for Vydra who was only a promising youngster.

Looks very promising - shall be interesting to see what kind of involvement he has with the senior team as he is still relatively young. Reading the forum you posted the Reading fans seem a little gutted he's gone. They're loss, our gain!
