It was a three party case and we were in the middle, just had to prove we had acted in the right manner but that meant that 95% of questions were aimed at us

 

I know a very good employment Lawyer: she is really very good, once she helped one employee claim over £1m from an oil company.
She have nearly one hundred percent success rate.Only problem she's in London.

Not really, 'the other ****' often doesn't turn up, they didn't in the case I attended either.

Its for the client to prove their case rather than defendant to prove their innocence in these things for some reason.

Yeah, but my judge mate says there's much more chance of getting a new date if the ****er didn't show, particularly with the amount of crawling I did via email and over the phone

I appreciate you have someone that knows his stuff advising you but I'd be very surprised if the 'crawling' made any different. These things are rules which are adhered to like super-****ing-glue!
