The idea of the forum shutting down after about 11 or 10pm (can't remember which it was) just seems absurd now.

Although i dont post on here, i think it is a well run and open forum, a great improvement on the old 606. However, i must admit that even though they were a pain in the a**e at times, i do miss some of the wummery...but i may regret saying that.
There was also Chappers83 and many others. The only things about the old 606 which we unfortunately do not have now are so many people on each board or the ability to create cross threads for matches etc.

You're forgetting that tosser Scooby, with all his "stand and clap" "boot boy" "lord Lowe" and " the messiah". Tfls was just a skate tribute act to that plum. The thread where Scooby was exposed was an all time classic, unfortunately he was frightened away and didn't post after that. I know people work hard moderating and running this site but it doesn't really float my boat, too much personal opinion dressed up as moderation and too many people crying to the mods (there's an ignore function ffs). To me moderation should be " is it libellous, illegal obscene, or wildly off topic" if not leave it in . If you don't like a thread , dont read it or comment on it. Mind you the saints board is a million times better and more interesting than some of the lower league ones. Some of the division 4 ones are like an Amish stag night. 6 blokes playing the worlds most boring word game, whilst all agreeing with each other. If sir berners-lee looked at that , he'd stop and wonder if all his hard work was worth it.
Antimoaner was the biggest "Lowe" supporter ever, and would always support him even if he was caught eating new born babies. Some of those arguments when Lowe was implementing his sell all the professional players and use 11 year olds plan were surreal. TFLS was a Pompey WUM, but he had a certain style and panache about him. Scooby was an arse, and a grade 1 arse at that.
How could i forget scooby? Maybe ive just deleted certain individuals from my memory. We've had it so good as Saints fans for the last 4 years, the lowe era was a stark contrast, and every now and then i remind myself how far we've come.
Ah, Saint Scooby. Yes, I remember him. Referred to supporters as the flat caps. What a twerp he was. Of course, I'm assuming it was a he. As for Tim Berners-Lee, I thank him every time I access the Net for the cheapest Bike insurance. Balldeep sfc, JA606, or just another 606, is the exact same layout as the original but able post all night.
