Congratulations. I'd have stayed where you are too. Brussels is okish but there's lots to dislike about it and the less said about the other place the better!

Thank you Ak for the caramel latte, good luck in the garden, makes me wonder, for something so incredibly clever, how come mother nature is so untidy?

Morning all, a bright, warm summers day here. <cool>

Looked at two farm houses with daughter yesterday afternoon. The first one had some work started to bring it up to date, but some of it had been very badly done and would have to come out and start again. I suspect that the owner had bitten off rather more than he could chew and realized just how much it would cost to finish.

The second one had not had any modernization started as was probably three cottages at one time. Lighting cables in wooden conduit, water, but no sanitation. Certainly a good project that could pay off, providing a great family home. Seems as if the drawing board might have to come out of storage and some plans drawn up. I thought I had finished with building works and house plans when I left to come over here, but life seems to have a different agenda to yours sometimes. :(

    Looks good :)

    Enjoy the :emoticon-0157-sun:

I have a nasty extraction this afternoon.... a piece of tooth that never came out three years ago and now is under the gum and infected..... I think some serious cutting and drilling away in order .... not a happy bunny :(

I appear to be between Kim Jong Il and Garlic Bread - which is uncomfortable (and slightly odorous) to say the least.

Morning all, promise of a fine sunny day ahead, but rather overcast at present.

More grass cutting I fear as it keeps growing. <yikes>
