White arms is more like Arsenal surely. Anyway, I'd rather be mistaken for Liverpool than for Sunderland or Stoke.
New West Brom away kit. Actually looks alright. Makes me wonder why we couldn't use this template and just swap all the black parts for white. please log in to view this image
Nah I hate that ****. It kind of makes me glad we're probably not going for stripes, as Adidas make disgusting striped kits.
http://worldsoccertalk.com/2013/06/25/southampton-home-shirt-for-2013-14-season-leaked-photo/ This website is slow on the up-take and is factually incorrect! They'll be breaking stories about a certain Mr Magilton soon, watch this space... Anyone know anything about this so called Facebook campaign, 'Save our stripes'?
Possibly, not much different to the numbers and names decals the shop puts on for people. However, if Adidas want to sell our kit in other sports stores, clearly that would not be a practical option. I expect all the Saints shirts are currently laying around in an Asian sweatshop waiting for the 7 year olds to apply the sponsor decals.
That shirt is hideous enough. Stripes would make it worse. I don't understand how Adidas could design such an ugly template, and all the teams have no problem with going along and using it. I don't even get the whole template thing. In the US every team just has their own uni, even the college teams. They make a ton of money selling them. I'm sure they would sell less if they all looked exactly the same just different color schemes and were ugly besides.
I just have no idea how a template like that has gone from vaguely discussed in production meetings, mocked up on the computer and to wide scale production with nobody between going "hang on lads, this looks ****, let's try again."
This is where CBK has a valid point , people WILL buy the latest top no matter what it looks like , so the manufacturers don't care , the bigger ones at least . I won't be buying one of those , but will wait and see the final article , I live in hope .........
