23 Jun 2013 19:21:18 Crawley have agreed to sell Nicky Adams to Bristol City and will replace him with Luke Rooney. He's 26 so unlikely
No the statement was we will be signing players under 24 MORE OFTEN THAN NOT If our manager sees a player who has the abilities etc that he wants in the team he can and will be able to sign him if fees and wages are agreeable. It has not been said that we will NOT sign anyone over the age of 24 what we are doing is looking for players that we can improve and either sell on for a profit or keep as we rise up the tables thereby having 'sustainable growth'. What the club could not do was continue throwing money at average or less than average players and stay in business I mean just what was the point in signing Jody Morris? and he wasn't the only useless player we have signed in the last few years but in terms of what we got for the wages he had to be the worst value for money.
Brentford reject bid (350k+add ons) from Bristol City for Simon Moore- will only consider £1m+ bids from Premiership or Championship.
23 Jun 2013 19:21:18 Crawley have agreed to sell Nicky Adams to Bristol City and will replace him with Luke Rooney. Wot a load of rubbish Adams happy at crawley and is very much in crawleys plans for next season his also still in contract 24 Jun 2013 00:10:39 Where on earth did you hear that She'll never give up boxing! No Offer has been received for Nicky I am afraid it is true, Bristol City have agreed the transfer of Nicky Adams to be announced this week by Crawley and Luke Rooney will be replacing him, this is not made up mark my words I am as gutted about it as everyone else will be, but my source is reliable and also told me about Drury signing weeks before it happened. My source is the club itself, and they are saying no offer has been received Interesting I wasn't aware we were particularly interested in Nicky Adams http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicky_Adams If we did sign him it would almost certainly mean Kilkenny wasn't expected to be at the club for this season, or yet again our squad would be completely unbalanced something S O'D has said he has to avoid.

24 Jun 2013 20:56:58 Reading have agreed a £1.4m fee with Bristol City for winger Albert Adomah. Adomah is due in Reading on Wednesday when he will undergo a medical at the clubs Hogwood Park training ground. and no i didn't post this rumour on that site sadly they didn't post mine today and it was a beaut
So we have agreed a fee of £1M with Wigan and £1.4M with Reading bit of a discrepancy there almost half a million quid. All seems a bit suspect to me at the moment but if there has been a couple of solid bids it might force the hands of clubs who have been waiting before making a bit hoping to get him on the cheap towards the end of the window.
