Yes in the 2nd round we reverse the draw so Essentially MITO gets to pick 6 players next might work out great for him to get the whole spine of his squad in place, sure he will take most the players we have in mind

Nope you can go for whoever you want in the 2nd third round as long as they have not been picked already!

 

So next round is any 4 players from any league in any position?
